Our next program is about Tenant Rights on Wednesday, September 24th at the Reynold’s Law Firm at 555 NW 5th Street in Corvallis. Join us at 5:30!

Nominations are OPEN for the 2025 CORE Awards and are due September 15. The CORE Awards honor individuals in the Corvallis community who advance social justice, environmental justice, equity, and inclusion through their work or volunteer efforts. Recipients will be celebrated at the annual CORE Awards Dinner on October 27th at Old World Deli with a $1,000 cash award and a $500 donation to a local nonprofit of their choice. The 2024 CASA Foster Youth Holiday Gift Drive was a success! Every year we collaborate with Corvallis’ youth advocacy nonprofit CASA to fulfill the holiday wishlists of older kids and teens in the local foster and court system. CASA staff ask the youth to write out their holiday list and CORE gets to make sure every wishlist comes true! Thanks to YOUR donations and the hard work our CORE’s Holiday Wishlist leader Lucy, every youth’s wishlist was 100% filled! Stay tuned for information on our 2025 Gift Drive.
